Payment Confirmation

1. Confirmation

Once a payment is made, a confirmation is shown on screen straight away. A confirmation notice is also sent to the customer by email within 24 hours of receipt.

2. Where the Receipt Is Sent

The email receipt goes to:

  1. (a) Guests paying a Venue bill: the email address entered at checkout.
  2. (b) Venues paying an RMenu subscription: the email address on the invoice.

3. No Confirmation?

If you did not receive a confirmation, contact us at rmenu@raen.ai or +971 58 517 0156 with the date, the amount and the Venue’s name.
