How it works

Discovery by area, cuisine or dish. What the guest sees is the menu the kitchen is actually cooking from today.

Card, wallet or cash. The order lands on the kitchen’s existing board, so nothing changes about how they already work.

A pickup code when it is ready. Come back to the same kitchens.

Discovr writes orders into the RMenu board you already run. The kitchen sees a new order; nothing else in the room moves.
- Orders arrive on the board your staff already watch: no new terminal, no retraining.
- The platform fee is stated up front and visible to the guest, so it is never a surprise at the counter.
- Paid-but-unfinished orders hold their fee; completed orders capture it. You can see both, separately.
- Refunds and cancellations settle automatically, so a cancelled order never costs you a fee.
- Multi-branch: each branch takes orders on its own QR and reports into one view.
- Guests who order twice are guests who order again: a good pickup experience is the retention mechanic.
