How do we get started?
Sign up and a guided setup walks you through your restaurant, branches, menu, tables, team, branding and contract. You can import your menu from a photo, PDF or link instead of typing it. Our team checks everything, then your restaurant goes live and your table QR codes are delivered.
Do we need new hardware?
No. RMenu runs in the browser on the phones, tablets and laptops you already have. One shared tablet can run the order board for the whole team, each person with their own PIN.
Do guests need to download an app?
No. Guests scan the QR code on the table and the menu opens in their phone’s browser, in English or Arabic. No app and no account.
How do online payments work?
Guests pay on your payment provider’s secure page, and the money settles straight to your own merchant account. RMenu never holds guest funds or sees card details. Online payments are optional: guests can still pay your staff by cash or card machine.
Does it replace our POS?
RMenu has its own live order board, floor view and bills with VAT, service charge and discounts, so you can run service on it. If you use another POS today, talk to us about your setup.
Is everything in Arabic too?
Yes. The guest menu, the AI waiter and your panel work in English and Arabic, fully right to left. When you import your menu, Arabic names can be filled in for you to check.
Can we run several branches?
Yes. Every branch is in one panel and shares one menu, with prices, availability and sold-out dishes set branch by branch.
Can guests make reservations?
Yes. Guests reserve from your link or a QR, pick the day, time and party size, and confirm with a code sent to their email. You set the times, how many people each time takes and how far ahead guests can reserve, and your team confirms on the Reservations page.
Does it work for hotels?
Yes. One room service QR serves every room: guests order from the menu, give their room number and last name, and pay online, on delivery or charge it to the room. Your team sees each order with its room, and staff can take phone orders too.
What does it cost?
At launch prices the software is AED 499 a year per branch, with no setup or training fee. The optional payment module is 3% + AED 1 per payment a guest makes from their phone. Prices are plus VAT.
